FreeDo Series Laser Micro-processing System for Scientific Research

At its foundation, the series is built exclusively from world-class components sourced from globally recognized leaders in precision motion, optics, and metrology. The laser source is equally uncompromising, with compatibility across the world's leading laser brands spanning nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond pulse widths in IR, green, UV, and deep UV wavelengths, giving researchers the freedom to configure the system around their exact process requirements. DreamCreaTor software ties everything together, handling end-to-end precision calibration, power mapping, height compensation, and automatic target recognition in a unified environment.
Beyond laser processing, the FreeDo platform extends into a full R&D workstation. An optional mechanical spindle adds CNC drilling and milling capability, while integrated 2D/3D measurement modules bring microscopy and surface inspection in-process, eliminating the round-trip to a separate metrology tool.
The result is a single platform capable of cutting, drilling, etching, and forming across metals, glass, sapphire, ceramics, polymers, and flexible materials, from micro-structuring for semiconductors and smart sensing to MedTech and display applications.
